Balboa Park

My friend, Lindsey, took much better Balboa Park pictures than these a few weeks ago. The science center is located in Balboa Park and I couldn't help but take a few pictures of the surroundings on our way out. It really is beautiful there!

My Favorites

Goofing Off

Nothing like a quality photo to show off some filthy, massively finger-printed mirrors. :)

The spring Buddha is reaching for is not really there. It's a crazy illusion because it looks so completely real that it takes you quite by surprise when your hand passes through the air.

Coming Soon...

...more wacky, fun, and, of course, precious pictures from our Monday trip to the Fleet Science Center with Granny and Grandpa. Proofing pictures has proved to be much more time-consuming than I originally thought. Or maybe it's that I just have a hard time choosing between all the good shots, so I end up proofing and using a ton. I'm sure proofing will get faster as I play with my programs more. I hope you guys like pictures, because there's lots coming. Now, off to bed with me and my sick self. Ta ta.

A Sunday Stroll - The End

I have to explain this picture. Every time we go to this park to walk, Buddha makes us stop in front of these while he spells out each word and then reads the whole thing. So, to make him happy, I snapped a picture of his favorite hitching post. He was thrilled when he saw this on the computer. :)
